She was predeceased by: her brothers, Joseph, Cono and Frank. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Augusto of Jackson, NJ and Gail Horvath (Allen Sr). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Propionic Acidemia Foundation, 1963 McCraren Rd. Highland Park IL. 60035.
