He is survived by: his wife Miriam Levine (Tice); his children, Sheryl Levine of Edison, Matthew Levine (Sheryl) of North Brunswick, Justin Levine of Florida and Alan Levine (Donna) of Israel; his grandchildren, Connor Levine of North Brunswick and Madelyn Levine of North Brunswick; and his brothers, Robert Levine (Lois) of Voorhees and Charles Levine of East Brunswick. He is also survived by husband, father and grandfather.
