He is survived by: his wife Annie S. Hale of Plainfield; his daughters, Vashti M. Hale of Rock Hill and Mekka K. Hale of Norcross; his grandchildren, Richard T. Wise Jr., Qiana Hale, Faith Encarnacion and Joshua Hogan; and his siblings, Betty Abrams (Albert Bernard Sr.) of South Carolina and Lonzo Hale of New Jersey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
