He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Revolinsky and Mary Revolinsky. He is survived by: his wife Joan Revolinsky (Anderson); his children, Michael Revolinsky and Linda Revolinsky Kampf; his sisters, Joan Biondo and Lorraine White (Edward); his siblings-in-law, Andrew Anderson, George Anderson and Linda Fernandez (Joe); and his grandchildren, Denton, Brooke Kampf, Shey and Breyer Revolinsky.
