She is survived by: her children, Colleen D'Aloia (Valerio) of Edison, Christine Shalayda of Milltown, Tara Shalayda of Milltown, Gregory Shalayda of Bronx and Kevin Shalayda of Piscataway; her grandsons, Christopher and Michael D'Aloia of Edison; her brother John Volkland of Metuchen; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Volkland of Metuchen, Jane Volkland of Hamilton Square, Ann Marie Shalayda of Connecticut, Beth Shalayda of Staten Island, Robert Shalayda of North Carolina, Daniel Shalayda of South Carolina, Edward, David Shalayda of Milltown and Gerald Shalayda (Martha) of East Brunswick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
