Vliet, Jr. (Donna); his brother Joseph Richard of Cincinnati Ohio; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Cynthia, Lindsay, Harold and Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, John, Nolan, Emma, Brody, Samantha and Alexandra.
