She is survived by: her children, Donna Irizarry, Diane Calamusa (John) and Chief David Irizarry; her grandchildren, Kristin Baum, Christopher Baum, Louis Ianni, David Ianni, Rebecca Irizarry, David Irizarry Jr., Michael Calamusa and Joseph Calamusa; and her siblings, Steven Kristoff and Roseann Hemsel (Charles).
