He was predeceased by: his father James M. Campbell, Sr.; his father-in-law Richard D. Smithers; and his brother-in-law Kenneth M. Smithers. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his children, Kaitlin, Kevin, Kristopher and Arianna; his mother Helena M. Campbell (Zarkevich); his siblings, James M. Campbell, Jr. (Susan), Linda A. Simpson (Donald), Karen M. Schreck (Kenneth) and Jane M. Montagne (Robert); and his sister-in-law Beth Ann Campbell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
