He was predeceased by: his siblings, Walter Cliff and Mildred Perroth. He is survived by: his wife Mary Morrissey Cliff; his children, Richard H. Cliff (Judy) of Toms River, John Cliff of Jackson, Bernice Gorman of Chesapeake and Sharon Brown of Jackson; and his stepchildren, Robert (Cindy Richards), Carol (Hal Johnson), Pat (Al D'Alessio), Susan (Wayne Millard) and John Richards. He is also survived by her eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
