He is survived by: his wife Flor Marina Quijano Cubillos; his children, Harold Saul Cubillos of Monroe Township and Elyse Giraldo of North Brunswick; his siblings, Alberto, Cecilia Cubillos Serna, Alicia Cubillos Betancur and Mirian Cubillos; and his grandchildren, Veronica and Sebastian Giraldo.
