She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Degwitz; her brothers, James Shade and Robert Shade; and her great grandchild Miranda Mead. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Martin (Rob Martin); her siblings, Evelyn Shade, Diane Kologi, Richard Shade and Judy Boyce; her granddaughter Danielle Mead (Tricia Jayson); and her great grandchildren, James Mead, Jaxson Kross and MacKenzie Joy Kross.
The family is grateful for the condolences, but declines flowers and asks that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital in Theresa's name.
