He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Kester (McCollough); and his grandson Matthew Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Brett (Laura) of Erie, CO, Carol Bjornsen (Kenneth) of Monroe Township and Sandra Kelly (Frank Jr.) of Stockertown, PA; his sister Martha Kester of Monroe Township; his grandchildren, Krisitin Sepcsik (Chris), Christopher Bjornsen and Sean Kelly; and his great grandchild Madison Sepcsik.
