He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lousia and Mildred Lousia; and his wife Janet Louisa. He is survived by: his children, William Joseph Louisa Jr., Thomas Richard Louisa, Andrew James Louisa, Matthew Alan Louisa and Christine McNutt. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
