Guenther of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, who passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ella Murphy and James A Guenther Sr.; his sisters, Alice Paoletto, Marion Goldstein and Emma Bruner; and his son Jimmy Guenther III.

He is survived by : his sister Ella Murphy; his wife Liz; his daughters, Marie Guenther, Patricia Sykes and Kristin Babar (Yasir); and his grandchildren, Christina Sciarretta (Andrew), Michael Coover, Jimmie Guenther IV, Marie Ravindran, Aaliyah, Alayna and Ava Babar.
