He was predeceased by : his father Clayton Elwood Harley, Sr.; his son Clayton E. Harley III; and his brother-in-law George Welch. He is survived by : his sons, Nicholas Harley of Pittsgrove and Joseph Harley of Kentucky; and his siblings, Jean Fazzio (Frank) of Franklinville, Sherry Welch of Franklinville and Robert Harley (Lisa) of Fellowship, PA.
