He was predeceased by: his son Carlo Gianfranco Lezameta; and his sister Olga Lezameta. He is survived by: his wife Blanca Ines Lezameta; his children, Fiorella Lezameta and Carla Lezameta; his grandchildren, Hannah Lezameta, Ethan Lezameta, Haddasha Lezameta and Joy Lezameta; and his siblings, Marcos Lezameta, Janet Lezameta and Santiago Lezameta.
