It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret V. Gerrard (Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey), who passed away on October 26, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer G. Watts and Margaret Brown Watts; her husband Edward Jerome Gerrard; and her siblings, Herman Watts, George E. Watts and Bertha Watts Gerrard.
She is survived by: her brothers, Eddie and Robert Gerrard; her daughters, Cheryl Prillerman Walker-Chambers and Heidi Gerrard Ferrell (Todd); her grandson Ramsey Franklin, III; her sister Carleen Watts Holmes; and her niece Darlene McClendon. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
