He is survived by: his wife Maggie A. Owen; his children, Clifton Owen, Etta Drumgold and Ieshia Peller; his granddaughter Realati A. Owen; and his siblings, Margaret Smith, Saretha Maclin, LaVern Smith, Laura Curry, Deborah Owen and Perry Owen. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
