It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laraine Williams of Englewood, New Jersey, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Minnie B. Williams; her husband Bob Ratliff; her father Fred A. Sr. Williams; her grandmother Minnie Zachary (Ma Min); her siblings, Claude and Ruthann Pettway; and her nephew Kermit Thomas Jr..
She is survived by: her son Michael Ratliff of Englewood, NJ; her brother Fred A. Williams Jr. (Joan) of Rochelle Park, NJ.; her nieces, Zonjah Crawford of Englewood, NJ, Claudia Williams (Patrick), Lillian Thomas of Columbia, SC and Kristall Calderon (Martin) of Hackensack, NJ; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Marquis, Paris Duffie (Brandon), Anntoine Thomas (Tristan) of Blythewood, SC, Danelle Starks of Columbia, SC, Christina Harris of Englewood, NJ, Kevon Majors of Englewood, NJ, Andarra Thomas of Bergenfield, NJ, Colin Thomas and Martin A. Calderon Jr. of Hackensack, NJ.. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
Just as the country went into 'lockdown' because of the pandemic, Larraine became seriously ill.
