He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley Fraser and Helen Fraser; his wife Joan; his children, Gordon (Susan), David, Stephen, Janice Seer (Kurt), Bruce and Andrew (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Landon (Neil), Anna, Kurt Seer Jr., Trevor Seer, Erin Seer, Spencer Seer, John and Morgan.
