It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Gilliam Jr. (Ewing Township, New Jersey), born in Gate City, Virginia, who passed away on July 24, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Nora G. Vayo; his sibling Carolyn Maze; and his sibling-in-law Frank Caperello. He is survived by: his sibling Billy Vayo; his wife Cathleen Gilliam (Caperello); his daughter Janine James; his daughter-in-law Sarah James; his sister-in-law Janet Caperello; and also, Shirley Shoup, Daniel Shoup, Gale Markel, Michael Markel, Barbara Pfister and Brian Pfister. He is also survived by husband, father, brother and uncle who enjoyed traveling and spending time with family, friends.
