It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Pacifico (Fairfield, New Jersey), who passed away on October 19, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Bob Smith; and her brother Frank. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Scotti and Janice Hromchak; her grandchildren, Dana Marie Carerra, Anthony Joseph Carerra, Sierra Rose Carerra and Mandy Lee Voorhees; and her sister-in-law Mary Pacifico. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Carol may be made to the American Heart Association.
