It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John G. Ondeyka of Fanwood, New Jersey, born in Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Ondeyka and Mary Ondeyka (Kovach). He is survived by : his wife Debra; and his children, Amy Ondeyka, MD (Brian Piacitelli) and Jeff Ondeyka.
