She was predeceased by: her husband Reynold Mayens; and her siblings, Fernando Velez Jr., Joseph Yanez and Clara Velez. She is survived by: her children, Linda A. Gohn (Philip) of Parsippany and Reynold Mayens Jr. (Susie) of Florida; her cousin Joe Montalvo (Pat); her grandchildren, Reynold Andrew Mayens, Yosie Mayens, Hailey Gohn, Skylar Gohn, Philip Gohn and Dean Gohn; and her great grandchildren, Eric Jones and Holly Mayens.
