She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vance and Emma Vance (Aumick); and her husband Stephen Hete. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Jr. (Deborah Hete) of Milford, PA and Brian (Keshia Hete) of Summerville, SC.; and her grandchildren, Renee and Christian Hete.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Franklin Fire Department and EMS and the American Cancer Society (cancer.org).
