She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bachelor and Myra Bachelor (Stickle); her former husband John Broesder; her husband Francis Mooney; and her sister Eleanor Anderson.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Broesder (Pam) of Winston-Salem and Stan Broesder (Judy) of Lincolnton; her sister Virginia McMickle of Newton; and her stepchildren, Walter Mooney (Karen) of Houston, Michael Mooney (Barbara) of Sparta, Marianne Mooney of Andover and Peter Mooney of Newton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
