She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Fred Gouger and Florence Gouger (Savacool); her husband Henry "Ed" Budd; her daughters, Christina Liuzza of Fredon, NJ and Jennifer Breslin (Christopher) of Great Meadows, NJ.; her grandchildren, Carmen J. Liuzza III, Sara Rose Liuzza, Christie Liuzza and Kayla Breslin; and her siblings, Fred Gouger Jr., Nancy Davis and Clarinda Stoffels. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

She was blessed to have enjoyed a cruise with her family right before the pandemic started in March 2020.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society 7 Ridgedale Ave, Cedar Knolls, NJ 07932 or the Walnut Valley Methodist Church 4 Vail Road, Columbia, NJ 07832.
