He is survived by : his wife Eileen DiPietro; his daughters, Jennifer DiPietro (Eugene Ballestero), Laura DiPietro and Kate DiPietro; his grandson Ayden; his niece Kim Biazzo; his nephew Anthony McElwee; his friends, Stuie, Chris Kempner, Joe and Maureen Santos; his pet Ryleigh; and also, Jenna, Brian, Sam, Rosemary Crerand, Maureen Grabowski (Frank), Vinnie Ruppel, Denise, Michael Ruppel (Denise), Gail Jones (Chris), Barbara Bianchi, Jean Sierra, Kate Fosbenner (Tom) and Tricia Ruppel.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home (100 Elton-Adelphia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery (299 Freehold-Englishtown Rd, Freehold, NJ 07728).
