He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward E. Lebelt and Assunda M. Lebelt (Forlino). He is survived by: his wife Eileen J. Lebelt (Maus); his children, Daniel Lebelt (Dawn) of Holland Township, NJ and Ann Marie Rogan (Jason) of Mt. Pocono, PA; his sister Susan McGettrick; and his grandchildren, Daisy, Samantha, Gage, Amanda, Julia and Jessica.
