She was predeceased by : her parents, Nicholas Formichella and Ann Formichella. She is survived by : her daughter Dr. Leslie Callanan (Richard) of Frenchtown, NJ; her sisters, Joanne Ryan and Carol Fornaro; and her grandchild Ryan Callanan (Christina). She is also survived by many children in addition to her own family.
