He is survived by : his children, Kyrastin Meiklejohn and Gavin Meiklejohn; his mother Debbie Rodriguez-Ventura; his sister Lauren Ventura; and his former life partner Maria Quiroga-Meiklejohn.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the Gaita Memorial (154 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Little Falls, NJ 07424).
