She was predeceased by : her husband Louis P.; her siblings, Connie Repetti, Rose Piernowski, Michael, John, Charles, Joseph, Jr. and Rocco DeBello; her sister-in-law Martha DeBello; and her parents, Joseph DeBello and Mildred DeBello.

She is survived by : her children, Dr. Louis R. Vita (Cathy) and Anna Marie Guzek (Stanley); her grandchildren, Louis J. (Danielle) and Allyson; her sister-in-law Mildred Taormina; and her caregivers, Zoraida, Maria J., Maria and Mary Jean.
