He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia M. Johnson and Charles H. Johnson, Sr.; his siblings, Richard, Walter and Patricia Ann; and his sister-in-law Pat.
He is survived by: his wife June; his daughters, Debbi Denton (Ken) and Karen Forst (Kyle); his grandchildren, Michael Denton, Alex Dorris and Avery Forst; and his siblings, Carl (Patti), William (Jackie), Ralph, Robert, Everett, Raymond (Anna) and Virginia. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
