He was predeceased by: his parents, Joon Won Kim and Ah Ji Kim. He is survived by: his spouse Jung Hee Kim; his children, Robert Kim (Jiwon), Yoon Hee Kim and Soo Kim Yeh (Ernest); and his grandchildren, Lauren Kim, Sophia Yeh and Austin Yeh. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Laurel Home For Funerals (212 Ark Rd, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
