She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Vlietstra and Jacoba Vlietstra (Okken); her brother Martin (Edith); and her siblings-in-law, Walter Vander Waal and Nancy Vlietstra.
She is survived by: her siblings, Wilma Vander Waal, Dr. Frederick Vlietstra (Sue) and Joan (Walter Heerschap). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
