McKiernan of Gloucester City, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 30, 2024 at the age of 71. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her family Dolores of Gloucester City; her husband Michael D. McKiernan; her son James M. McKiernan (Luisa Tavares McKiernan); her granddaughter Julianna Caitlin Tavares McKiernan; her brothers, Robert Burkhardt (Eleanor) and Harold Athey; and her parents, Harold Athey and Elizabeth Athey. She was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
