He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia "Trish" Kalbach (Keith) and Linda Broughton (Donald); his nieces, Kerri Kalbach (Amanda), Kimberly Carkeek (Sean) and Kourtney McClintock (Kyle); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Riley, Natalie, Lucas, Zachary and Cooper; and his close friend Joan White.
