It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn J Kubik of Green Brook, New Jersey, born in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her parents, Herbert Hortsch and Jospehine Hortsch (Emmerson); her husband Milan; her children, Jeanne Coviello (Jerome) of Chalfont, PA, Michael Kubik of Temple, GA, Christine Lavelle (Robert) of Somerset, NJ and Stephen Kubik (Victoria) of Green Brook, NJ; her sisters, Patricia Bohm of Loudon, TN and Lynda Miedema (Thomas) of Chambersburg, PA; her sister-in-law Irene Kubik of Fairfield, CT; and her grandchildren, Christopher Coviello (Rachel Santangelo), Aubry Kubik-Blount (Chase), Lauren Kubik, Destinie Mays, Michael Coviello, Matthew Kubik, Noah Wenzel, Gabriel Kubik, Josh Wenzel, Morgan Lavelle and Trevor Lavelle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and faithful friends.
