He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Getchius and Hazel Getchius; his wife Joyce Melillo; and his sister Hazel Wiles. He is survived by: his children, Robert Getchius, Cindy Matthews (Jeffrey) and Gregg Getchius; his grandchildren, Bryan and Heather; and his great grandchild Brycen.
