It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Donald Fox of Hackettstown, New Jersey, born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 21, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Fox and Mae Fox. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Fox; his sister Sue Stout; his sister-in-law Linda Fox; and his former wife Deb Mutz.
