He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Whitmore (Smith); his daughter Jennifer Whitmore; his brothers, Theodore Whitmore and Gregory Whitmore (Linda); his granddaughter Aria Whitmore; his sister Lois Whitmore; his sister-in-law Ann Locke; and his nephew John. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
