She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Cruz Vargas and Otilia Lopez Romero. She is survived by: her daughter Lilliane Buchanan; her grandsons, Thomas Buchanan (Joy) and Robert Buchanan (Alison); her great grandchildren, Thomas, Sarah and Miles; and her brothers, Enrique, Hector and Melvin Cruz.
