She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Hare and Elizabeth O'Hare (August). She is survived by: her siblings, Eileen Wall (late George) and James O'Hare; and her siblings' children, Elieen Payne (John), Kathleen Georgieff (Joseph), George P. Wall (Barbara), Michael Wall (Barbara) and Jennifer Caputo (Angelo). She is also survived by 15 great nieces and nephews and 1 grand niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Lymphoma and Leukemia Foundation in Patricia's name.
