He was predeceased by: his father Keith Kevin Buskirk. He is survived by: his mother Laura Hoffman (Phelps) of Kunkletown, PA; his fiancé Kristen Sleys; his son Gabriel Keith Buskirk; his siblings, Sacora Davidson and Clint Hoffman; his stepfather Carl Hoffman; and his pets, Patch and Kiddo.
