It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yolanda Caperna D'Agostino (Hackettstown, New Jersey), who passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Augusto Caperna and Talinda DeSantis Caperna; her sisters, Mary Caperna Rotondo of Hackettstown and Leta Caperna Tomeo of Hackettstown; and her great-niece Jessica Gray of Oxford.
She is survived by: her nephew Steven A. Tomeo (Mary Ellen Dalton); her great-nieces, Janelle Gray McAleer (Karl McAleer), Andrea M. Tomeo and Christina E. Tomeo of Thompson, Connecticut; her great-nephew Stefano A. Tomeo, Jr. of Irvine, California; and also, Jessica, Tyler of Belvidere, Molly Castano, Taylor Castano of Thompson, Connecticut and Grace Zaganberg of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Yolanda can be made to Hackettstown Hospital, The House of the Good Shepherd, The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), and The American Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice.
