She was predeceased by : her parents, Olga Lyczak and Roman Lyczak; her husband Michael Berezowski; her sister Jean Jablonski; her daughter Jane Campbell; and her nieces, Debra Jean Jablonski and Donna Jablonski Endrey.
She is survived by : her sons, Michael Berezowski, Paul Berezowski and Marc Berezowski (Gina); her grandchildren, Robert Campbell (Susan), Jason Campbell, Josh Campbell, Adam Campbell and Donna Berezowski; her great grandchildren, Bobby, Tyler, Ben, Chelsea, Jason Jr., Nicholas and Josh Campbell Jr.; and her nieces and nephews, Rev. Edward Jablonski (Jill), Marian Caroselli, Bernadette Berezowski, Joseph and Thomas Berezowski. She is also survived by 7 great-grandnieces and nephews.
