She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Doren and Bertha Van Doren (Mayoros); and her daughter Joanne Lestician. She is survived by : her husband John "Jack" Lestician, Jr. of Hamilton Square; her daughter Wendy; her son-in-law Chuck MacDonough of Bristol, RI; her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Margaret "Peggy" Lestician of New Egypt, NJ; her sister Joyce; her brother-in-law John Mazzochi of Hendersonville, NC; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Michael MacDonough of Bristol, RI, Jeffrey MacDonough (Kelsey Martins) of Riverside, RI, Daniel Lestician (Lisa Levanduski) of Glen Mills, PA and Colleen Lestician; and her friend Roger Wilson of Mercerville, NJ.
