He is survived by: his wife Marta Ortiz; his children, Carmela Markashevsky, Elison Molina (Wanda), Leidy Garcia (Angel), Jesenia Ortiz-Azcona (Dionny) and Miguel Ortiz; his brothers, Jorge and David Ortiz; and his grandchildren, EJ, Jannelle, Nayelis, Angel Jr., Jeffrey, Leidy K, Dionny Jr., Jayden and Noami. He is also survived by his family and friends.
