He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Dow and Ethel Dow; his wife Edith Ruth Dow; and his siblings, George, Ella, Grace and Charlie.
He is survived by: his children, Lorraine Dow Cruse, Kenneth Dow and Barbara Gavigan; his grandchildren, Chris and Erin Gavigan; and his nieces and nephews, Marilyn, Eddie Smolynec, Bonnie, Greg Arabatzis, Lawrence Rand, Jr., Catherine Lee Drexler, Matthew, Susan Lee, Mark, Allison Lee, Stephen, Vicki Lee, Maureen Lee, Michael and Jill Lee.
