She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Nolan (McKeon) and John Nolan; and her sister Ita Burke. She is survived by: her husband John P. O'Donovan of Hamilton; her children, Carmel Moreau (Marc) of Far Hills, NJ, Susan Kitrick (John) of Brick, NJ, Coleman O'Donovan of Lake Forest, IL, Kevin O'Donovan (Joanna) of Cliffside Park, NJ and John O'Donovan (Kenia) of Hoboken, NJ.; her grandchildren, Liam, Maeve, Molly, Finn O'Donovan of Lake Forest, IL, Brendan, Cara Moreau of Far Hills, NJ, Kerry, Katie Kitrick of Brick, NJ, Emily O'Donovan of Cliffside Park, NJ and Gabby Garcia of Hoboken, NJ.; and her brother Jim Nolan.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Doris' memory to Our Lady of Sorrows/St.
